Lacombe County, a municipality in Central Alberta, is home to a vibrant and diverse economic base firmly rooted in agriculture. We are home to a variety of agricultural operations, agri-business, small business, industrial and commercial developments, as well as construction, manufacturing and energy industry. Reporting to the Director of Planning Services, the EDO is responsible for implementing the economic growth and development strategies, marketing plans and projects to support the County’s economic development priorities and initiatives.
